First Time Visiting?

Patient Guide

Everything you need to know before, during, and after your visit to Sandipan Memorial Health Care — from registration to report collection.

Your Visit, Step by Step

How a Visit Works

01

Register at Reception

Visit our ground-floor reception counter. Carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, voter ID, or passport). Our staff will register you and issue a patient ID for your visit.

02

Bring Your Doctor's Prescription

For diagnostic tests, bring the prescription or test requisition from your treating doctor. This helps our team understand exactly which tests are needed and ensures reports are clinically relevant.

03

Follow Pre-Test Instructions

Some tests (such as fasting blood glucose, lipid profile, or certain hormone tests) require you to fast for 8–12 hours beforehand. You will be informed about specific preparation requirements at the time of booking.

04

Sample Collection

Blood and biological samples are collected by trained phlebotomists in a dedicated, sterile collection room. For imaging (X-Ray, USG, Echo), you will be guided to the relevant room by our staff.

05

Pay at the Counter

Service charges are payable at the billing counter after sample collection or before imaging. We accept cash. An itemised receipt will be provided for every payment.

06

Collect Your Reports

Report turnaround times vary by test. Simple blood tests are typically ready the same day or next morning. You may also receive your report digitally via WhatsApp. Ask at reception for your estimated report time.
